HOW IT WORKS

CAPTURE & ANALYSIS
We start by putting each athlete through a series of foundational performance tests - movement screens and targeted exercises designed to evaluate mobility, stability, and power output. These tests help us analyze overall performance patterns, biomechanics sequencing, and joint mechanics to pinpoint where power is gained, lost, or limited.
After that, we record sport-specific movements such as pitching, hitting, or other skill-based patterns depending on the athlete’s sport. Every data point from both phases is reviewed by our coaching team to turn complex motion data into simple, actionable insights and training programs that athletes and parents can immediately understand and apply.

COACH DEBRIEF
You’ll sit down with one of our performance specialists to review the findings - in plain English. We’ll break down what the data shows, how it compares to elite-level performance, and what changes will create the biggest results. Parents leave knowing exactly where to focus and what it means for their athlete’s development.

INTEGRATION
Once the data is captured and reviewed, you can choose to have your athlete’s results directly integrated into a customized training plan through Pernetti Sports Performance & Nutrition.
We’ll use their biomechanics to build a development plan that targets mobility, stability, strength, and power — turning data into daily, individualized training. Every session, cue, and progression is designed around their specific movement profile.
