How long is the commitment?
Mass Method requires a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure results. Muscle gain takes time, and this structure keeps you consistent.
How much does the program cost?
Mass Method begins with a required 3-month foundation phase at $150 per month.
After the initial three months, athletes transition into the Pernetti SPN Premium Nutrition Membership at 50% off, which is $25 per month for ongoing nutrition support.
What happens in the weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions?
You’ll check in with a sports nutrition coach to review your progress, make adjustments to your meal plan, and ensure you’re maximizing muscle gain.
Is this just a meal plan, or do I get coaching?
During the first three months, athletes meet monthly with a sports nutritionist to review progress, adjust macronutrient targets, address challenges, and build sustainable fueling habits. These calls are focused on education, accountability, and long-term success - not just short-term meal plans.

Nutrition & Meal Plans
Do I have to track calories and macros?
We provide structured meal plans that meet your needs, so daily tracking is not required. However, we include a macronutrient tracking component in the app as part of the education process. This helps athletes understand their current habits and the changes required to see long lasting results.
Are the meal plans customized for my sport and goals?
Yes. Your plan is 100% tailored to your specific body, sport, and muscle-building needs.
Can I still eat foods I enjoy?
Absolutely. We factor in your preferences, dietary restrictions, and schedule to make sure your plan is realistic and sustainable for the entire family.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
No problem. Let us know your allergies or dietary needs, and we’ll customize your plan accordingly.
Do I need to buy expensive supplements?
No. The primary focus is on meeting nutrient needs through whole foods. Supplements are optional and only intended to fill nutrient gaps.​

Can I still follow my own workout program?

How soon will I see results?

Mass Method is designed for athletes with busy schedules—easy-to-follow meal plans and grocery lists save you time.
What if I want to gain even more muscle after 3 months?
You can continue with Mass Method month-to-month after your initial commitment. Many athletes stay for 6+ months for maximum results.
