About the event
Performance Project is coming to D-BAT Benbrook for a full athlete testing day. This is a one-day event focused entirely on getting real, individualized data on where each athlete stands physically right now.
Open to athletes ages 12 and up, the day includes a complete testing battery: 3D motion capture, strength assessments, power output, and speed testing, along with a nutrition profile. No guesswork, no generic benchmarks, just objective numbers specific to each athlete.
Following the event every athlete receives a personalized report breaking down their results across each category tested. This is a testing-only event: there's no program or meal plan included on the day itself. Athletes who want to take the next step can sign up separately for the full Performance Project program, a year-long training and nutrition system built from their test results.
